Marrow Chutney
What module you do with your courgette surfeit? Represent the most of them in a fruity chutney with flavorer, apples, sultanas and shallots


Ingredients :
  • 1½ kg/3lb 5 oz marrow

  • , sliced
  • 225g apple
  • , peeled, cored and sliced
  • 225g sultana
  • 2cm patch colored
  • , delicately chopped
  • 225g river dulcify
  • 850ml lager condiment
  • 12 contraband peppercorns

Instructions :
