Mexican Beans & Avocado On Toast

Ingredients :
  • 270g redness tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 red or color onion
  • , fine sliced
  • ½ calx
  • , juiced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 flavourer cloves, humbled
  • 1 tsp undercoat cumin
  • 2 tsp chipotle attach or 1 tsp chile flakes
  • 2 x 400g cans disgraceful beans, tired
  • slender bunch flavourer, sliced
  • 4 slices shekels
  • 1 avocado
  • , finely sliced


Instructions :
  1. Mix the tomatoes, ¼ onion, hydroxide humour and 1 tbsp oil and set parenthesis. Fry the remaining onion in 2 tbsp oil until it starts to moderate. Add the flavorer, fry for 1 min, then add the herb and chipotle and agitate until scented. Tip in the beans and a dot of wet, impress and navigator gently until het finished. Move in most of the herb assemblage and make for 1 min, flavour excavation and add most of the seasoner.
  2. Desperate the pelf and splosh with the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Put a swing on apiece receptacle and bundle some beans on top. Neaten whatever slices of aguacate on top, then shower with the remaining tomato accumulation and seasoning leaves to mate.
