A few notes before you start cooking Bok Choy stir-fry with shrimp; Make sure that the bok choy leaves are separated from each other. Do this by slicing the ends of the bottom transverse bok choy into. This will set apart the leaves. Also, use medium shrimp for this recipe. It might be easier if you buy packaged frozen shrimp from the grocery. This will save time cleaning up and removing the shell from the shrimp.
