Smoky Beef Stew

Ingredients :

Instructions :
- Utility oven to 160C/ 140C fan/gas 3. Mix the boeuf, onions, tomatoes, spices, acetum and dulcorate in a casserole dish. Conceal and bake for 2½ hrs. Agitate in the beans and bake for 30 mins more (with the lid off if the casserole is a small wet or lid on if nice consistency), until the cows is offering.
