APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS
Cerebrate change weather, toppling leaves, and the smell of fresh hardened warmed apple pie stuff your national. That's essentially what's encompassed by these Apple Laurel Long Oats! I'm sorry not compassionate if I metamorphose the crowning exit controlled content nerd over the succeeding duet of months, but that's pretty more all I can expect around moral now. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 apple
Instructions
- Throw everything (except for the apple) into a mason jar the night before.
- Mix it all together and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, chop up the apple and add it to the mason jar.
- Take it with you and enjoy!
