Herby Rice With Roasted Veg, Chickpeas & Halloumi
Strike herb pesto through abolitionist rice and top with onions, peppers, courgettes and chunks of halloumi cheese for a stuff vegetarian party


Ingredients :
  • 2 red onions, cut into unshapely wedges
  • 3 peppers
