here in Texas we've got a beloved creamery. I eagerly anticipate their seasonal ice cream flavors at Christmastime and race out to get them as quickly as they are introduced. This 12 months they debuted Christmas Cookie Ice Cream and that i couldn’t find it everywhere. I checked grocery shops, big container shops, even fuel stations, to no avail.
After spending 2 weeks yearning a few Christmas Cookie Ice Cream, I decided to make my very own. And WOW! these things is sooooooo excellent. Amazingly right. I could cross on and on about how delicious it's far. but here’s what is going to convince you to make it: My hubby who dislikes sweets, turned his nostril up once I provided him a chunk. I instructed him it would be impolite to not even try it. So he did. Then he said, “this is extremely good. can i end this carton?” So there you pass. Seal of approval. Whip out your ice cream maker and make a few right.this.2nd.
Christmas Cookie Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1½ cups Chopped Cookies (Sugar & Snickerdoodle recommended)
- ⅛ - ¼ cup Holiday Sprinkles
- 2 cups Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups Shamrock Farms Half-and-Half
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a medium blending bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon.
- Pour in creams and vanilla and stir until properly-mixed.

- Chop cookies and freeze.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze in line with manufacturer's instructions.
