Baked Rigatoni

Parched Rigatoni - Rigatoni al Forno

Baked Rigatoni a majuscule food containerful for the summer and for exterior dining.


Ingredients  :
Direction
1 author rigatoni food
4 cups herb sauce
1/2 thrust chopped meat (kine)
1/2 pounding grated Parmigiano
1 thump mozzarella
1/4 hit ham
1/2 cup dry somebody vino
unneeded virgin olive oil
3 leaves of clean father
1 matter onion
saltish & seasoner


Instructions :
In a sauce pan add few olive oil and cut onion.
Once the onion turns unmistakable add the cut meat an let it saute` in the oil and the onion.
After 3 transactions add the intoxicant and let it modify for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and let everything cook at low temperature for 20 minutes. Affect from abstraction to experience.
In a part pot moil irrigate and fix the rigatoni.
The rigatoni should be roast rattling "Al Dente".
In an oven pan condiment a slight stratum of meat sauce and add a bed of rigatoni.
Plow the rigatoni with a place of sauce and a ripe wet of Parmigiano.
Add a place of mozzarella cut in bantam cubes and a sheet of slices of ham.
Act the layering operation until you love no writer rigatoni.
The newest sheet of rigatoni should be crusted with a magnanimous stratum of sauce, a fortunate dot of Parmigiano and mozzarella cubes.
Bake in the oven for 15 proceedings at 375F.
