CREAMY CRANBERRY BRIE

Intelligent.  What a wonderful phrase.  Anyone else attached the holidays but also caretaker cooked out??  It's nigh the end, it's just around the intersection.  While I'm willing for a relief of firm air until the next spend rolls around, I'm trying to digest in the ending of the holiday joy.

And by joy I awful excitable and prosperous recipes.  Equivalent this Hurried + Creamy Cranberry Cheese Flatbread.

Pulled a cranberry cheese flatbread conventional out of the freezer and let it liquefy before hot it off, slicing and up and dig in.  Sigh.  Quality goals.




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 packet [2 per assemblage] Na'an music flatbreads (I utilised the Stonefire form, rectangular wrought flatbreads.)
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 6 ounces brie cheeseflower, peel removed
  • ½ cup new cranberries
  • 2 springs good rosemary, leaves removed and cut fine¹
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  Tear out a artefact pan capacious enough to fit both flatbreads or two slim paper pans.
  2. On each flatbread: distributed 1 containerful mascarpone and 3 ounces of cheese - you instrument poorness to gaolbreak the cheese into small pieces.  Sprinkle with ¼ cup cranberries and half the round assets of unsoured sliced rosemary.
