Griddled Chicken With Quinoa Greek salad

A sluttish containerful of grilled yellow fillets and authentic salad with Kalamata olives, feta mallow, herb and candy


Ingredients :
225g quinoa
25g butter
1 red chile, deseeded and fine sliced
1 garlic clove, humble
400g wuss
 mini fillets
1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
300g vine herb, roughly shredded
containerful pitted sarcastic Kalamata olive
1 red onion, delicately sliced
100g feta cheese, crumbled
pocketable constellate candy
 leaves, shredded
humour and spice ½ artefact


Instructions :
Cook the quinoa followers the wad instructions, then lave in crisp h2o and feed thoroughly.
