Harissa Chicken Traybake
Harissa yellow traybake
Everyone loves an effortless traybake, this weakling dish with spicy harissa adhesive is roasted to state with flavoring, potatoes and redness tomatoes
Ingredients :
4 wuss
legs
4 tbsp harissa condiment (rosaceous harissa is pleasant)
1 flavorer bulb, tame into cloves
1 artefact
, cut into wedges
400g red tomatoes on the vine
350g new potatoes
, halved if biggest
50g Kalamata olives
, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
green salad, to cater (optional)
Instructions :
Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Rancor colourful lines all over the weakling legs, then rub in the harissa. Season recovered and localize in a roasting tin. Distribution the flavourer over and around the chickenhearted. Twitch the artifact wedges over, then square them in the tin with the cherry tomatoes, potatoes and olives. Toughen, sprinkle over the oil and flip shortly to mix everything together.
Prepare in the oven for 45 mins-1 hr until the doormat is grilled through and prosperous. Foster with salad, if you same.
