Sloe Gin Cocktail
This autumnal fencing cocktail has a amalgamate of botanical notes from the gin, infused with a juniper sweetener, which makes for a sweet-sharp tipple
Ingredients :
50ml bush gin
25ml lemon humor
25ml gin
ice (humiliated and cubes)
For the juniper syrup
100g color roller sweetener
1 tbsp juniper berries
Instructions :
Turn by making the juniper sweetening. Put the sweeten in a smaller saucepan, then add 100ml food and the juniper berries.
