All-the-trimmings traybake #christmas
Savor the optimum of Noel in a traybake. A perfect Envelopment Day dinner for using up leftovers equal potatoes, parsnips, carrots, sprouts and pigs-in-blankets.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
- 1kg elfin potatoes
- halved
- 4 parsnips
- cut into chunky pieces
- 4 carrots
- cut into short pieces
- 200g sprouts, clipped and halved
- 2 petite red onions, cut into wedges
- 12 cocktail sausages enwrapped in scientist
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 rosemary sprigs, ripped
Method
- Emotionality oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix the oil and chutney together and mollify well. Divide everything except the sausages and herbs between two walloping roasting tins, rain over the oil and chutney miscellanea and toss together. Put both trays in the oven for 25 mins.
- Add the sausages and herbs to the trays and bake, moving central through, for 30-35 mins many or until the vegetables are soughing and the sausages are steamed through. If one tray is artificer solon than the different, swop them roundish.
