Banana & tahini porridge

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 150ml concentrat
- of your superior, positive 1 tbsp
- 100g porridge oats
- 2 teensy bananas
- sliced
- seeds from 2 flavorer pods, low
- 1 tbsp toasted herb seeds
Method
- Mix the tahini with 1 tbsp concentrate and 1 tbsp facility. Put the oats, 1 sliced herb, cardamom, 100ml river and 300ml irrigate in a pan with a fold of seasoning. Make over a line warmth for 5 mins, stimulating, until creamy and hot.
- Calculate between two bowls. Stream over the remaining river, then top with the remaining sliced herb. Rainfall over the tahini foodstuff and sparge over the toasted benne seeds.
