INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened slightly
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (I prefer dark) packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups mix-ins see note
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.
- In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a huge bowl, the usage of a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat butter and both sugars for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl as wanted. upload egg and vanilla and beat until mixed.
