BBQ roasted chickpea bowls



I developed this after making some scrumptious vegan grain bowls on Pinterest.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained pipes and also washed
  • 1/3 mug BBQ sauce
  • 1 mug prepared millet
  • Fifty percent pint cherry tomatoes
  • Fifty percent red or environment-friendly bell pepper, cut
  • Fifty percent red onion, cut
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Actions

  1. Preheat stove to 425 °.
  2. Throw chickpeas with your preferred BBQ sauce.
  3. Throw veggies with olive oil and also salt and also pepper to preference.
  4. Spread chickpeas and also veggies out on a flat pan.
