BBQ roasted chickpea bowls
I developed this after making some scrumptious vegan grain bowls on Pinterest.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained pipes and also washed
- 1/3 mug BBQ sauce
- 1 mug prepared millet
- Fifty percent pint cherry tomatoes
- Fifty percent red or environment-friendly bell pepper, cut
- Fifty percent red onion, cut
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Actions
- Preheat stove to 425 °.
- Throw chickpeas with your preferred BBQ sauce.
- Throw veggies with olive oil and also salt and also pepper to preference.
