  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • 1/2 mug oats.
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
  • 2 & 1/2 tablespoon lotion cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon honey.
  • 3 tablespoon greek yoghurt.
  • 1/2 mug almond milk.


Actions.

  1. In a dish, mix with each other all the ingredients up until well integrated.
  2. Cover the dish as well as cool over night.
  3. If thick till it gets to the wanted uniformity, at the time of offering include added almond milk.
  4. Drizzle with added honey prior to offering.
