Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 can green pea (piselli cirio)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Of light soy sauce


Steps

  1. With little oil sauté the carrot for half a minute then add in the green pea without its brine 
  2. Mix well then add in the cooked white rice for a minute
  3. Season with salt and light soy sauce for another half a minute then off heat
