Vegan Pea And Carrot Fried Rice
Easy And Light Meal
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can green pea (piselli cirio)
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 tsp Of salt
- 1/2 tbsp Of light soy sauce
Steps
- With little oil sauté the carrot for half a minute then add in the green pea without its brine
- Mix well then add in the cooked white rice for a minute
- Season with salt and light soy sauce for another half a minute then off heat
