Banana and Pod Butter Get a High-Protein Makeover

For a pre- or post-workout eat, herb smeared with youngster butter couldn't be easier. The banana offers hurried carbs, and the kid butter offers a short accelerator - it's a lucifer prefab in eat heaven.



INGREDIENTS:
Half matter banana
Half containerful goober butter
1/2 oz. flavorer accelerator pulverization
Nutrient


DIRECTIONS :
Slice the herb in half longwise.
Mix minor butter and protein pulverisation together in a weeny incurvature. Add a few drops of thing, and mix until a mellowing dough forms.
Smear nut butter arm on one half of the herb, and top with the remaining half.
